• Continuous Discovery Habits - this is actually about product but one can draw many parallels

• Value Proposition Design - Osterwalder's second book, taking a deeper look at customer-value proposition relationships and validation

• The Design of Business - this is the first time business design was coined as a term in a book

• Gamestorming - a go to guidebook for visual facilitators

• Christensen has created many resource for innovators but the one about milkshakes is the best to understand the job to be done.
